Written and originally recorded in 1983. The late 70s and early 80s were a time of popular escape into alternative ideas. there was a lot of talk about near death experiences and visions of heaven and hell brought back from the brink. I always thought it was more interesting that these were not images of the afterlife but the hallucinations of a dying brain.
I rewrote the words more recently asthe narration of a meme travelling from host to host which worked better but this version is pretty good so here it is. Ethereal high pitched keyboard is a sampled choir.
